Description

The Surging Sparks ETB is the Elite Trainer Box for the November 2024 set: nine packs, the ETB promo, sleeves in the set art, Energy cards, dice, markers and the storage box.

Who it suits: a first purchase of the set, or a gift. We would choose it over the bundle if the promo and the box matter.

The drawback: nine packs is few for a 252-card set, and the booster box does the real work. One ETB for the kit and then a box is the combination we would buy. The Pokémon Center edition with eleven packs is a separate product when we have it.
