Privacy notice

This notice covers the TCG Emporium website at tcgemporium.com. It is short because the site currently does very little with personal data.

Who we are

TCG Emporium is a UK trading name. The legal entity that acts as data controller will be named here, with a postal address, before any form on this site is switched on. Until then the controller is the individual operating the site, reachable at hello@tcgemporium.com.

What we collect

Email you send us. If you email us, we keep the email, your address and anything you wrote, so that we can reply and so that we can tell you when something you asked for is available. We keep it until you ask us to delete it or until two years after the last contact, whichever is sooner. We do not add you to any list other than the one for the thing you asked about.

Nothing else. The site has no forms, no account system, no analytics and sets no cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, which they keep for a short period under their own policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share your email address. We do not send marketing. We do not use your data to build a profile.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to our holding it. Email us. If you are unhappy with how we respond you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

When alerts, request forms or accounts are switched on, this notice will be rewritten to describe them, and the date below will change.
