Description
The Ascended Heroes ETB is the Elite Trainer Box for the largest set of the Mega Evolution era, and the product most people ask us about by name. Nine packs of a 295-card set, the ETB promo, sleeves, dice and the storage box.
Who it suits: a collector who wants the promo and somewhere to keep the cards, or anyone buying Ascended Heroes as a gift. We would choose it over the booster bundle if the promo matters to you and over the mini tins if you want more than a couple of packs.
The drawback is simple arithmetic. Nine packs is not many for a set this big, and if your aim is to open as much Ascended Heroes as possible the bundle gives you packs with none of the extras you may not need. Our view: buy one ETB for the box and the promo, then bundles for volume.
